Young Adult Twist & Step
A two-in-one workout for users of 11 years and over. The twist element of this equipment allows the user to perform hip-twisting exercises to improve flexibility and core strength, whilst the stepper element offers a cardiovascular workout to strengthen the leg muscles and buttocks.
