Young Adult Seated Chest Press
This piece of equipment provides a unique method of working out the chest muscles. The user uses their own body weight once seated to create resistance. By pushing the handles outward, they lift their body weight creating a strenuous workout for the chest, shoulder and arm muscles. This piece of equipment is suitable for ages 11 years and over.
